PUEBLO CHIEFTAIN
Jeff Lindblad, spokesman for the Army's Chemical Materials Agency, said that the 6.7 million gallons of mustard agent hydrolysate produced at the Aberdeen Chemical Agent Disposal Facility in Maryland was shipped to New Jersey by truck, not rail, as claimed by Tracy Carluccio of the Delaware Riverkeeper Network.
"We shipped by truck 6.7 million gallons of mustard hydrolysate in 1,301 loads with never any mishap or incident en route," he said.
