The public has until May 16 to comment on the state permit for the construction of the buildings and above-ground utilities that will be part of the chemical weapons destruction project at the Pueblo Chemical Depot.

Copies of the permit are available at the Robert Hoag Rawlings Public Library, Avondale Water and Sanitation District, Boone Town Hall and the Community Outreach Office at the Pueblo Union Depot.
