White Hall - A community meeting was held Monday night in White Hall to discuss the possibility of moving chemical stockpiles at the Pine Bluff Arsenal.

It is a topic that has had many neighbors concerned for some time, because of the apparent safety concerns of moving stockpiles. The Pine Bluff Arsenal is looking into the potential of moving stockpiles at the request of the U.S. Army.

Right now, they insist this is just an exploratory stage and are not even sure this will happen. A complete study is due out this spring. We will certainly keep you updated on this story.
