MOSCOW. Nov 1 (Interfax-AVN) - A public forum-dialogue on the implementation of the Chemical Weapons Convention by Russia by 2006 opened in Moscow on Wednesday and will address various aspects of chemical weapons disposal.
The forum was organized by the Russian Green Cross nongovernmental environmental protection organization jointly with the Federal Industry Agency. It is being attended by representatives of ministries and agencies, prominent researchers and environmental experts from Russia and 14 countries, including the United Kingdom, Germany, Canada, the United States, Switzerland, France, Sweden and Holland.
