Warning concerns

Twice during the recent storms my television was interrupted with warnings. There was just one problem: Both of these warnings had expired. The warnings were at least 10 to 20 minutes after the stated warning time.

Now I would like any official in this state to tell me that we are ready to burn chemicals because all concerns have been met. What good are masks and air cleaners when the current system can't report the correct time for warnings?

Just two more questions: If I have company and there is an accident, do I use the mask myself or offer it to my company? If I am out of town and hear of an accident, will I be able to enter Bynum to check on my family?
