Speak Out ... Test warning sirens

On Jan. 17, I wrote a Speak Out letter asking why the chemical leak alarm at Anniston Army Depot was never tested as the weather alarm is. The chemical alarm is supposed to be a whooping sound, unlike the weather alarm. I have never heard this alarm tested to see if it operates properly, why not? Someone with knowledge of this, please let the entire community know the answer. We deserve an answer. A reply or answer was never given from my first question on this in January.
